Best for small issues or help with applications or connecting devices, senior friendly don't pay for a whole hour of service if you need help with something small.

If the issue/diagnosis isn't a quick fix we charge in 20 minute blocks for our service, after the initial basic call out.
Travel within our local service area is included. For pricing examples, see pricing above.
Extra parts, software licensing, hardware repairs, or advanced data recovery are not included. If anything extra is needed, we’ll quote and get approval before proceeding.
