Pricing
We offer Time based on site computer support for Perth’s northern suburbs — plus a couple of fixed-price off-site packages that are best suited for a ESD free environment.
On site computer support
Our time based services cover most issues.
Most issues are able to be resolved or diagnosed within the first hour. Component repair such as PCB trace repairs are not available. Hardware repairs/replacements will need to be quoted and parts ordered in some cases.
If initial service turns into one of the package services we will waive the initial service requirement of 1 hour and charge in 20 minute blocks that is added to the package pricing. Also if further explanation is requested after a packaged service it will be charged in 15 minute blocks instead of requiring a minimum service time.
Travel within our local service area is included. Service starts when technician arrives at premises.
Extra parts, software licensing, hardware repairs, or advanced data recovery are not included. If anything extra is needed, we’ll quote and get approval before proceeding.
Fixed-price packages
Technician will check PC is running before collecting for fixed price service.
Dependant on requested service technician may advise replacing said device as a clean and optimisation may not be sufficient.
PC Internal & System Clean
A thorough workshop service that cleans your computer inside and out, improves airflow, and tidies up Windows system optimisation to improve performance — all without reinstalling the operating system or touching your personal files.

This service keeps your existing Windows installation,

Recently bought parts to build a computer but are feeling overwhelmed? No need to worry as long as you havent damaged any parts we offer professional assembly and setup of customer-supplied PC components.

PC Refresh & System Rebuild
A full workshop refresh for PCs that are cluttered, unstable, or no longer running reliably. This service combines a physical internal deep clean with a fresh Windows installation, giving your system a clean, stable reset without unnecessary extras.

Important: This service replaces the existing Windows installation with a fresh one.
Personal files are backed up and restored where possible, but programs will need to be reinstalled.
Excludes: Data recovery from failing drives, business/server systems, Windows product key - microsoft account must already have an activated windows key.
